1. Definitions

“Account”

“Platform”

“Player”, “you”, or “your”

3. Registration and Account Security

A player may hold only one magga88 account unless written permission has been granted. Duplicate accounts may be suspended while the platform reviews related balances, wagers, bonuses, and payment activity. Where accounts were created to obtain repeated promotions or bypass restrictions, associated promotional value and winnings may be removed.

Your username, password, verification codes, and security answers are confidential. You are responsible for activity completed through your account where the correct credentials have been used, except where applicable law provides otherwise. magga88 may request identity documents, bank statements, e-wallet records, proof of address, or source-of-funds information before processing a withdrawal. These checks help prevent fraud, money laundering, account misuse, and payments involving third parties. Documents must be genuine, readable, and unaltered.

Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to a verified method associated with the player. Estimated processing times are not guarantees; bank maintenance, public holidays, incomplete verification, unusual activity, or payment-provider delays may extend the period. A deposited balance must not be treated as a banking facility, money-transfer service, or means of moving funds between unrelated payment accounts.

Obvious payment errors, duplicate credits, reversed transactions, and balances credited by mistake remain subject to correction. Players must not spend or withdraw funds they know were added incorrectly.

5. Casino Games, Sports Betting, and Results

For example, a RM100 bonus with a 15-times wagering requirement requires RM1,500 in qualifying bets before eligible bonus winnings may be withdrawn. Slots may contribute 100%, while Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, or other table games may contribute at a lower rate or be excluded.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions are limited to one person, household, residential address, payment method, device, or shared network. Bonus abuse includes creating duplicate accounts, coordinating bets, using low-risk wagering patterns solely to clear rollover, or withdrawing and redepositing to trigger repeated offers. magga88 may withhold or remove promotional value where reasonable evidence of abuse exists.

7. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use

You must not use magga88 to:

• commit fraud, money laundering, identity misuse, collusion, chargeback abuse, or any unlawful activity;
• use bots, scripts, automated betting systems, data scraping tools, or software intended to interfere with games or platform operation;
• exploit an error, delayed feed, incorrect price, vulnerability, or technical malfunction;
• coordinate wagers with other players to obtain an unfair advantage;
• harass support agents, publish unlawful material, or attempt to access another player's account;
• disguise your location, identity, device, or payment ownership to bypass a restriction; or
• sell, transfer, or commercially exploit an account or promotional benefit.

magga88 may review gameplay, devices, network information, payment records, and account relationships where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected prohibited conduct.

8. Responsible Gambling

magga88 provides gambling entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, past wins do not guarantee future results, and no betting system can eliminate financial risk. Players should set affordable limits before depositing and should never chase losses.

You may request deposit limits, a cooling-off period, or self-exclusion through magga88 support. Once a self-exclusion request is confirmed, the account will be restricted for the selected period, subject to the platform's verification procedures. You must not attempt to create another account or use another person's account during exclusion.

9. Suspension, Closure, and Dormant Accounts

You may ask for your magga88 account to be closed at any time. Any eligible real-money balance will remain subject to identity checks, unresolved wagers, payment reversals, and investigations already in progress.

magga88 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account for breach of these terms, legal or regulatory risk, suspected fraud, abusive conduct, duplicate registration, failed verification, or security concerns. Where appropriate, the player will be informed of the reason and any steps required to resolve the matter.

An account may be classified as dormant after an extended period without login or wagering activity. Before any permitted administrative treatment is applied, magga88 may attempt to notify the player using the contact details held on the account.

10. Platform Availability and Limitation of Liability

magga88 aims to provide a stable desktop and mobile experience, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, telecommunications faults, device incompatibility, internet disruption, cyber incidents, third-party game outages, or circumstances beyond reasonable control may affect availability.

Players are responsible for maintaining a suitable device and internet connection. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, magga88 is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from a player's inability to access the platform, failure to secure account credentials, or reliance on an unconfirmed bet.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. If a clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

11. Changes to These Terms

magga88 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect changes in services, payment methods, security controls, game rules, business practices, or applicable requirements. Material changes will take effect from the date shown on the updated page or from another date communicated to players.

Continued use of magga88 after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those terms. If you do not agree with an update, you should stop using the platform and request account closure after any open wagers are settled.

12. Complaints, Disputes, and Contact Us

If you believe a wager, payment, promotion, or account decision is incorrect, contact magga88 support as soon as possible. Include your username, the relevant transaction or wager reference, the date and time, the MYR amount involved, and a clear description of the issue. Do not send passwords or one-time verification codes.

magga88 will review available account records, game logs, payment confirmations, and correspondence. Players must cooperate reasonably with requests for further information. An internal review may be escalated where the initial response does not resolve the complaint.
